Hello!

Any questions you might have about your order or my products can (hopefully) be answered here.

If not – please get in touch using the contact form – and I will try to respond as soon as possible.

All aspects of the shop, production and shipping are dealt with by me – so thanks in advance for your patience!

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to print/prepare/pack orders within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri).
If there is likely to be any delay, I will notify you as soon as possible via email.


For UK orders…

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days.


For International orders…

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail.

Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 1 week
Rest of World: 2 – 4 weeks


PLEASE NOTE

Delivery times can vary a lot! Once I have dropped off your order at my local Post Office, it’s out of my control.
Things like busy holiday periods, bad weather, customs delays, strike action and inefficient local post services can extend shipping times. 

Standard shipping does NOT come with tracking.
If you require a tracked service please contact me to enquire about pricing.

Does my order have a tracking number?

No. The Royal Mail services that I use do not include tracking.

If you require a tracked service, please contact me here before placing an order.

Where is my delivery?

Please allow the estimated delivery times stated above – making sure to include my processing time.

If your order has still not arrived after this time, please ensure that you have checked the following:

  • Check that you entered the correct postal address on your order.
    (If not – I’m afraid there is little I can do)
  • Check communal mailboxes, piles of ‘junk’ mail and ask neighbours.
  • Check with your local Post Office/depot.

Customs charges.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returns policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes – as long as the item has not yet been posted.

I try to process orders within 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri) after receiving an order. So please contact me as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

I’m afraid not. I can only accept returns if a product arrives damaged or defected.

 

My order arrived damaged/defected.

I take great care in making sure all orders are well packaged in protective envelopes/bags/postal tubes.

If your order does happen to arrive damaged or has a defect – you must notify me of any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order.

I will refund or exchange any item returned to me within 21 days of receipt – as long as the returned product is in good condition and in its original packaging.

The buyer will have to pay return postage unless otherwise agreed.
