How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to process orders within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri).
If there is likely to be any delay, I will notify you as soon as possible via email.


All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service.

Estimated* delivery time: 1-3 working days.

*This time can increase at busy times of the year; i.e. Christmas.


All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard service.

Estimated* delivery times:
Europe: 3 – 5 working days
Rest of World: 5 – 14 working days

*These times are only a guide by Royal Mail. From experience, delivery times can be much longer than this. I cannot accept responsibility for any delays incurred after posting.


Standard shipping does NOT come with tracking.
If you require a tracked service please contact me to enquire about pricing.

Does my order have a tracking number?

No. The Royal Mail services that I use do not include tracking.

Where is my delivery?

Please allow the estimated delivery times stated above – making sure to include my processing time.

If your order has still not arrived after this time, please ensure that you have checked the following:

  • Check that you entered the correct postal address on your order.
    (If not – I’m afraid there is little I can do)
  • Check communal mailboxes, piles of ‘junk’ mail and ask neighbours.
  • Check with your local Post Office/depot.

Customs charges.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returns policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes – as long as the item has not yet been posted.

I try to process orders within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after receiving an order. So please contact me as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

I can only accept returns if a product arrives damaged or defected.


My order arrived damaged/defected.

I take great care in making sure all orders are well packaged in protective envelopes/bags/postal tubes.

If your order does happen to arrive damaged or has a defect – you must notify me of any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order.

I will refund or exchange any item returned to me within 21 days of receipt – as long as the returned product is in good condition and in its original packaging.

The buyer will have to pay return postage unless otherwise agreed.
