Petzel – digital file

This purchase is for a print-ready digital file of my ‘Petzel’ design.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Grant of Licence
The Licensor (illustrator) grants the Licensee (purchaser) a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the accompanying digital illustration file for one specific use only, as described below. No other rights are granted.

2. Permitted Use
The digital illustration may only be used for the specific purpose previously agreed in writing by both parties.
e.g., “Printing on a single-run event poster,” or “Use in one Instagram post for marketing a product.”
Any additional or repeated use (including edits, reprints, or redistribution) requires a new licence.

3. Ownership and Copyright
The Licensor retains full copyright and intellectual property rights. This licence grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the artwork or digital file.

4. Restrictions

The digital file may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used in templates or products for resale.

No modification, adaptation, or derivative work may be made without prior written consent.

The artwork may not be used in logos, trademarks, NFTs, or for AI training purposes.

This licence is for one project/use only and does not extend to future campaigns or variations.

5. Credit
Wherever practical, the Licensee must credit the artist as follows:
e.g., “Illustration by John Bond”
(Credit may be waived if agreed in writing.)

6. Delivery & File Format
The digital file will be delivered in the agreed format (e.g. PNG, JPEG, SVG) upon full payment.

7. Payment
The licence is valid only upon full payment. No usage is permitted before payment is received.

8. Duration
This licence is perpetual for the specified use only. Reuse in any form beyond the agreed scope requires a new licence.
