Christmas Postage Notice:
LAST ORDERS TO BE PLACED BY MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2024.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. For peace of mind it is recommended to choose the Tracked 48 service. The postal network gets super busy at this time of year and can result in delays. Please order sooner rather than later to be sure!
My shop will remain open over the holidays but orders placed after the above date will not be shipped until January 2025.
International / EU orders:
Unfortunately, I am not currently posting orders outside of the UK as the postage costs have gone crazy AND the upcoming GPS Regulations mean I’m not currently set up to ship to countries in the EU – which is rubbish, I know!
Hopefully I will find a resolve soon and be in a position to start selling (legally) to the EU in 2025.

Shipping
I aim to pack your order within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). If there is likely to be any delay, I will notify you as soon as possible via email.
I run all aspects of the shop myself – so please be patient. I can’t offer a next day service like Amazon 😉
All orders are sent using Royal Mail. Here are their estimated delivery times:
UK: 2-3 working days
Europe: 1 – 2+ weeks
Rest of World: 2 – 8+ weeks
Delivery times can be subjected to delays caused by holiday periods / bad weather / customs / strike action / inefficient local post services. All of these things are out of my control I’m afraid.
Tracked 48 (UK only)
Yes. Tracked door to door. No signature required.
Your tracking information is emailed to you once your parcel has been received by Royal Mail.
International Tracked (EU & Rest of World)
Yes. Tracked all the way. Some countries may also require a signature upon delivery.

Please take note of the estimated shipping times above before getting in touch.
Also double check the following:
- Check that you entered the full, correct postal address on your order.
(If not – I’m afraid there is very little I can do) - Check communal mailboxes, piles of ‘junk’ mail or with your neighbours.
- If you paid for a tracked/signed service and were not in when delivery was attempted – you may have been left a card from the courier/postal service. Typically notifying you that your parcel can be collected from a local depot.

All international / EU orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These are NOT included at the checkout. As the ‘importer’ you are responsible for paying any charges that may be incurred.
Returns policy
Yes – if your order has not yet been posted.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. You can do that here
I take great care in making sure all orders leave my studio in perfect condition and are shipped in suitably protective packaging.
If your order does happen to arrive damaged – you must notify me of any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order.
I will happily exchange or refund an item* as long as it is returned in its original packaging (or new, if extremely damaged) within 30 days of your notification.
You will need to pay for the return postage (unless otherwise agreed). I cannot accept responsibility for any loss, so a signed/tracked service is recommended.
*not including original artwork, limited edition or sale items.

I will accept a return or exchange within 14 days of placing your order. I cannot accept returns on sale items, customised or original artworks.
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package returns safely. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
