Shipping times can be unpredictable due to COVID restrictions and Brexit complications. Once I have delivered your order to the Post Office, it’s out of my control.
Please be patient for your order. It will turn up (eventually)!
I aim to pack your order within 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri) after recieving your order. If there is likely to be any delay, I will notify you as soon as possible via email.
I run all aspects of the shop myself – so please be patient. I can’t offer a next day service like Amazon 😉
All orders are sent using Royal Mail. Here are their estimated delivery times:
UK: 1 – 3 working days
Europe: 1 – 2+ weeks
Rest of World: 2 – 8+ weeks
Delivery times can be subjected to delays caused by holiday periods / bad weather / customs / strike action / inefficient local post services. All of these things are out of my control, so please be patient.
1st Class (UK) and International Standard services are NOT tracked. I will only have the ‘proof of postage’ receipt from my local Post Office.
1st Class Signed For (UK) will require a signature upon delivery.
International Tracked & Signed is tracked all the way and will also require a signature upon delivery.
I only recieve tracking info once the order has been processed at my local Post Office – therefore it is not automatically generated in an email. Please get in touch if you need your tracking number.
Please take note of the estimated shipping times above before getting in touch.
Also double check the following:
- Check that you entered the full, correct postal address on your order.
(If not – I’m afraid there is very little I can do)
- Check communal mailboxes, piles of ‘junk’ mail or with your neighbours.
- If you paid for a tracked/signed service and were not in when delivery was attempted – you may have been left a card from the courier/postal service. Typically notifying you that your parcel can be collected from a local depot.

All international / EU orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These are NOT included at the checkout. As the ‘importer’ you are responsible for paying any charges that may be incurred.

I take great care in making sure all orders leave my studio in perfect condition and are shipped in suitably protective packaging.
If your order does happen to arrive damaged – you must notify me of any problems within 14 days of receipt of your order.
I will happily exchange or refund an item* as long as it is returned in its original packaging (or new, if extremely damaged) within 30 days of your notification.
You will need to pay for the return postage (unless otherwise agreed). I cannot accept responsibility for any loss, so a signed/tracked service is recommended.
*not including original artwork, limited edition or sale items.

I will accept a return or exchange within 14 days of placing your order. I cannot accept returns on sale items, customised or original artworks.
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and I recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package returns safely. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
